Prevention is better than cure! Hand on Head is not the way of downloading from TurboShare!
To make your downloading experience more safe with TurboShare; we’ve added a new Adware/Malware/Spyware/Trojan/Virus/Worm Scanner Engine to the download system! And we simply call it "TurboScanner" just for its amazing speed in scanning your download in a most efficient way possible!
TurboShare don’t consider security as premium stuff and feel that it should be available for all members! So all TurboShare Premium Members and Registered TurboShare users; have the option to enable the custom scan button in download page; through their "My Account" link in control panel.
Take note that the scanning is NOT done automatic and you need to press "Check for Viruses" button on the Download page to initiate a scan on the file you are about to download!
Yes; at the end of the day we don’t call everything perfect and sit tight! Even though we update our TurboScanner Engine powered by ClamAV (http://www.clamav.net/) in a pro-active way to avoid infections from being shared or spread; it is most advisable to scan your downloads in your system with an updated antivirus you trust / rely on.
.. And we ended up with the same saying; Prevention is better than cure!
